• Each Education Matrix Teacher/Tutor has undergone a selection process by our selection committee. Teachers must apply to Education Matrix for an Affiliate Position on our elite staff of certified and qualified teachers and tutors.
• Our selection criteria includes education attained, certification held, and teaching experience in the discipline they are teaching.
• Each applicant is interviewed and must undergo a background check.
• References are contacted and their testimony is weighed to help determine the applicants ability to do the job.
• Teacher and Tutors are further trained in the use of Education Matrix educational technology and procedures.
• Every effort is made to select qualified teachers and tutors to recommend to you. However, the final decision always falls to the student or his parent or guardian.
• Before you select a teacher, you should visit our Private Classroom directory. Select a subject or discipline from list of "class categories" (e.g. click on Mathematics). Then select a teacher from the list and click on their name to view their personal profile and get their contact information and fees required. Fees vary depending on the term and nature of the class.
• Contact information is included in the profile. You may contact the teacher/tutor of your choice and personally interview him or her before you join a class or you may join and just try out the class for 7 days with a no questions asked money back guarantee. To cancel, you must contact us at support@education-matrix.com within 7 days of the date of purchase.
• Class size is limited by each teacher/tutor according to the grade level, subject, and level of interaction required.
• Enrollment fees are determined by each teacher/tutor and paid directly to the Education Matrix paypal account. When you enroll in a class, you will be directed to our paypal account where you may make payment via credit card, debit card, or online bank check. This is an automated system that is managed by Education Matrix, Inc. but the fees and contract for services are strictly between the student and teacher/tutor. The terms and length of each class are stipulated by the teacher/tutor.
